Clearly define the mission to promote the aggressiveness of the delegation

In the past term, with the attention and conditions of the Party Committee, the Board of Directors of the Corporation, the Directors of units and the Youth Union Executive Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Trade in the city. In Ho Chi Minh City, the Executive Committee of the Youth Union of Nha Be Garment Corporation - NBC has successfully completed its tasks in the resolution set out for the 2017-2022 term.
In the remaining half of the term, the Executive Committee of the Corporation of the Corporation identified and set out 5 key and basic tasks of the Youth Union mission and the youth movement closely associated with the development of the Corporation in the new period.
1. Improving the quality of Union organization; focus on directing and renewing living forms from the Union; increase efficiency in training and management of union members; investment in improving the quality of the contingent of Youth Union cadres; to raise the youth gathering rate and the elite membership to develop the Party.
2. Maintain and promote aspects that have been done in the 2017-2020 period, strongly promote the role of aggression, volunteering, taking the lead, taking on difficult parts of the unit; associating the delegation and youth movement with the implementation of political tasks at the unit; seriously implementing the resolutions and guidelines of the Party and the authorities in building action plans; launching emulation movements, creating conditions for the Youth Union members to participate in production, dedicating more of their efforts to the cause of building and developing the unit.
3. Strongly renovating the direction work; effectively deployed and concretized the Resolution of the Party Committee of the Corporation into a specific action program; determination to complete the term targets in the period 2020 - 2022.
4. Continue to maintain and develop the propaganda of education, ethical ideals, lifestyle, law for MSU through the Corporation radio system and NBC Youth Union Fanpage.
5. Training resources Young and healthy union cadres with high qualifications, knowledge in many fields, virtue, and talent, and capable of performing nostalgia in the industrialization and modernization of the country.
- Outstanding unit leading the Textile and Garment cluster for 3 consecutive years: 2017, 2018, 2019 by the Central Youth Union of Industry and Trade in Ho Chi Minh City. Ho Chi Minh awarded
- The unit has excellent achievements in the implementation of the Youth month 2017, 2019 by the City Youth Union Executive Committee. Ho Chi Minh awarded
- The unit with outstanding achievements in the Youth Union work and the Youth movement in 2017 was awarded by the Central Committee of the Youth Union
- The unit has actively participated and successfully completed activities in the Pink Holiday Volunteer Campaign 2018, 2019.
- The unit has successfully completed activities of the Youth Union and Youth movement in 2018 by the City Youth Union Executive Committee. Ho Chi Minh awarded.
