GENERAL OF SHAREHOLDERS NHA BE GARMENT CORPORATION – JSC 2023
On June 30, 2023 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders took place successfully at Nha Be Garment Joint Stock Corporation
The AGM made a report on the implementation of the resolutions of the General Meeting of Shareholders in 2022, the financial report of the Supervisory Board and the activities of the fourth term (2018 - 2022)
Starting in 2023, when the V term starts (2023 - 2027), the Board of Directors has also set a strategic direction for the new period. Based on the first 6 months of the year, the situation of the garment market is extremely difficult, especially the world demand is constantly changing, but with the vision and strategies that are most closely aligned with reality. The Board of Directors and management have come up with effective solutions, in which plans to expand markets, penetrate deeper in key markets along with investment in production improvement, Investment in technology, digitalization of management, especially maintaining quality are the core factors of NBC.
Through this General Meeting of Shareholders, the Board of Directors also elected a new member to strengthen its strength, create more confidence for all shareholders to accompany NBC, build many innovative programs and action strategies. Creation, unity and unity of all NBC employees in order to promote the great internal strength to help NBC successfully complete the goals set out in the new term.
