Approval of the plan to issue convertible bonds to the public
At 9:30 a.m. on October 31, 2024, the 2nd Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders in 2024 took place at the Nha Be Garment Corporation Hall. The number of attendees at the meeting included 26 shareholders and shareholder representatives, owning and representing ownership of 19,367,215 voting shares, accounting for 96.84% of the total number of voting shares of the Company.
Total number of invited shareholders: All shareholders listed on the shareholder list as of October 1, 2024, owning 20,000,000 voting shares of Nha Be Garment Corporation – JSC
Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Thao, on behalf of the Organizing Committee, presented the working regulations of the Congress.
At the Congress, Mr. Pham Phu Cuong – Chairman of the Board of Directors presented in the Congress program two contents including the content of the report No. 01/TTr-MNB on the approval of the plan to issue convertible bonds to the public and report No. 02/TTr-MNB on the approval of listing bonds issued to the public.
